Humans as a species are experts at adapting to changes in the environment, they say. But can you create the changes you want in your life?
Quite frankly, what changes do you want in your life?
Life goes in waves from start to finish. Change is a part of life whether you like it or not, and nothing can change that. No live in constant bliss anyway. Adversity, personal crises and difficult times can have its positive aspects.
Since change is inevitable, so is it changing for the better that we want? There should at least be the somewhat naive assumption here: we all want change for the better. Small changes in your life, or massive changes.

People have all sorts of problems that they want solutions. They want a change of a condition or situation. The problem will be reduced or disappear altogether.
A change may be internal or external, that is associated with you as a person and your own creative or related to your environment (including your assets).
